Native to Chile and Argentina. Alpine. Low, ground hugging rosette hairy leaves, wiry stems rising in late Spring, each bearing a pair of pouch shaped flowers market with tiny red spots. Particularly good in shady rock garden, slow growing. Evenly moist, well-drained soil. 4-6"h x 6-8" spread. Z5
This is a tiny gem. I don’t think it is in the best place for viewing.
