Wintersowed 10 seeds into one 2-liter container.
I’m so excited about these seeds. I harvested them from my friend Stacey’s yard. I can’t wait to see if they are the same colors as the parents (I carefully avoided any white flowers). I transplanted these seedlings into my front yard.

I bought Cleome seed the other day without reading the package or knowing anything about them – I wonder if I’m a bit late? They come out of the fridge in a week. The pic on the package was too pretty I just had to buy it!
Yours looks nice! I will just come back and admire the blooms later when mine is lagging behind :)

Thanks! I don’t know that much about them myself, although I understand that they are long bloomers. In warmer weather, everything grows so fast that I doubt the lag matters! Best of luck with yours. :)

I just got some Cleome transplants (still thinking about where to plant them as they self-seed) and wow do my leaves NOT look like yours! Different varieties maybe?

Mine are grown from seeds collected in a friend’s yard, and I have no idea if they were hybrids or not or if mine will even make flowers. It will be interesting to compare yours and mine as they grow this summer!
