These Hollyhocks were started from seed sown in May 2008. There were several plants that grew, though I’m not sure exactly how many. They were designated as perennial on the seed packet, and actually bloomed the first year about 10 weeks after sowing. There were three distinct colors, but all were a variation on burgundy/rosy red. Very nice. Lots of flowers, all single with a long bloom time. I was able to collect seeds from all.
