Wanted: cider gum

Plant: cider gum (Eucalyptus gunnii) | 0 |

I’m told one can tap cider gums for their sap, which tastes like apple juice. then that apple-y sap can be fermented to make apple cider-y booze. apple trees are a pain in the ass. eucalyptus trees are easy.
