A row of, because Turnips are rapidly replacing Beetroot as one of my favourite veg (mostly, because it seems, I can actually grow Turnips!). I love that sour tang (goes so well with Lamb)
The packet of these alledges they will be ready in “just 8 weeks”… let’s see, the last “Speedy Veg” from Suttons didn’t really qualify!

Try for a seed spacing of at approx. 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.47 inches (1.2 cm) if planning to sow direct.
Turnip 'Atlantic' normally tends to reach to a mature height of 8.0 cm [imperial: 3.12 inches] so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.
