My wonderful boyfriend James, got me my first orchid today!! I’m so psyched, but also pretty intimidated. I love how majestic and unique they look all around, but their care, seems very daunting! Cheers, to new beginnings :)

My orchid is happily being fertilized weekly now, and seems much happier (though, it was never really unhappy!) and while it has lost 3 blooms thus far, seems to be holding onto them longer now, and are holding onto a deep purple now <3
