blossom's Pumpkin Potimarron x 3

At the moment there are 3 things that are exciting me – the countless varieties of tomatoes, the broad choice of spuds and the myriad world of squash and pumpkins. Yes, the stuff I wasn’t going to grow and then came my Lambert’s Patch garden (which is hopefully going to be extended further tomorrow) and now I have decided to trellis a pumpkin up the side fence in the front garden.

I couldn’t go past the Potimarron – its an heirloom, its French, it has a chestnut flavour and it works best on a trellis ;P
