These plants have finally been deduced as Garlic plants :) Thanks so much for the help, without MyFolia, it may have taken me weeks more, even months, to figure it out! I have harvested a couple dozen seeds and have a few small cloves :)

Ensure a rough distance of 3.9 inches (10.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - look to sow at a depth of approximately 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) when sowing directly.
Remember to water moderately.
Your garden's USDA Hardiness Zone (6a) is within the ideal range for Garlic. The recommended range is between Zone 3 and 8.
Ensure your soil has a ph of between 6.0 and 7.0 as Garlic is a acidic to neutral soil loving plant.
Keep an eye out for these common Garlic problems: Basal Rot, White Rot , Rust - Puccinia Porri, and Downy mildew.
