glittertrash's Florence Fennel

I sowed dill & fennel seeds a few months ago, but only the dill came up- I’m not sure why. So I decided to pick up some fennel from the hardware store since I’ve actually never seen florence fennel seedlings for sale before.

I’m told that dill & fennel hybridize freely into a tasteless, not-very-useful cross, so I’m going to have to come up with a plan about not letting these plants spread seed through my garden. Which is a shame, because I do love a good edible weed.
