misskittin's Runner Bean "Scarlet Emperor" x 3 Harvesting
Plant: Runner bean (Phaseolus coccineus) | Variety: Scarlet Emperor

Never sown beans direct outdoors before… Here’s hoping they work even though they didn.t go in on “Bean Day” (May 12th). They’re in a great big pot, with a wig-wam (12 sown, hopefully 4 plants at the end of it!)
50% germination (6/12). 1 “station” failed to anything at all, and the plant I tried to move into place died, so only 3 in the end!
