Try for a seed spacing of at approx. 11.7 inches (30.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.23 inches (0.6 cm) if planning to sow direct.
Moroccan mint normally tends to reach to a mature height of 45.0 cm [imperial: 1.46 feet] so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.

Remember to water moderately.
