EvilChicken's Thyme Care Instructions

Try to ensure a gap of at least 11.7 inches (30.0 cm) when sowing to prevent overcrowding your seedlings.

Thyme normally tends to reach to a mature height of 30.0 cm [imperial: 11.7 inches] so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.

Thyme tends to enjoys a full sun position, which is ideal for your garden's sun profile.

Try to apply water fairly sparingly.

Your garden's USDA Hardiness Zone (12) is not within the ideal known range for Thyme. The recommended range is between Zone 5 and 9. You may have to reassess this planting for suitability in your garden.

Ensure your soil has a ph of between 6.0 and 7.0 as Thyme is a acidic to neutral soil loving plant.

More information about Thyme is available in the Folia gardener's wiki. All Thyme Care Instructions have been kindly provided by our members.
