halhurst's East Pole beans Care Instructions

Ensure a rough distance of 3.9 inches (10.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - look to sow at a depth of approximately 1.95 inches (5.0 cm) when sowing directly.

Bean 'Rattlesnake' normally tends to reach to a mature height of 40.0 cm [imperial: 1.30 feet] so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.

    My plan is to let the beans grow and be harvested, while the carrots grow through the season. These beans are “supposed” to be ready to harvest in May. I plan to just cut off the vines at the ground when they are through, and let the nitrogen in the roots feed the carrots.
