My daughter wanted this plant when we were in the grocery store yesterday. Since it was only $4, I said “why not”. But there is no indication as to what it is, the tag just say it is a tropical plant that wants “medium diffused light” and it’s from Hendricks Greenhouse in Canada.

Looks like Friendship Plant, Pilea involucrata ‘Norfolk’. A fairly common houseplant, likes humidity and diffuse sunlight, doesn’t like the cold. Apparently, it can look scraggly as it ages, but one can take a cutting very easily and replant. :)
