German chamomile normally tends to reach to a mature height of 61.0 cm [imperial: 1.98 feet] so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.
Your garden has full sun light which is ideal for German chamomile.
Your garden has combination soil - try to plant this plant in potting mix soil if possible for best results.
German chamomile tends to grow best in a soil ph of between 5.6 and 7.5 meaning it does best in acidic to alkaline soil.
