I wasn’t sure about this plant last year, but this year it has really come into its own. The plant is full and lush and the flowers looked great into July.

I have mixed feelings about this hellebore.
Pros:
1) It was the first plant to bloom this year.
2) The flowers are a perfect light-green, and contrast nicely with the foliage.
3) It’s attractive in the landscape— interesting without being showy.
