The onions really liked this year. Very large by the end of July. Stored in the cold cellar OK too. The early planting & cool wet spring really helped the crop (:

nickyn's Onion 'Red' Care Instructions
Try for a seed spacing of at approx. 1.95 inches (5.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) if planning to sow direct.
