Tralamander's Basil 'Licorice' Care Instructions

Try for a seed spacing of at approx. 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.12 inches (0.3 cm) if planning to sow direct.

Basil 'Licorice' normally grows to a mature height of 45.0 cm (that's 1.46 feet imperial) so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.

Your garden has partial sun light - a full sun position will ensure your plant thrives.

Remember to water moderately.

Your garden's USDA Hardiness Zone (9a) is within the ideal range for Basil 'Licorice'. The recommended range is between Zone 4 and 10.

Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 6.0 and 7.5 as Basil 'Licorice' likes to be in acidic to alkaline soil.

Common Basil problems include Black Spot, so keep a close eye out for any developing symptoms.
