La ciboulette est une vivace bulbeuse pour le potager mais aussi pour les bordures où sa floraison en boule de petites fleurs est très appréciée. Les feuilles ont un goût prononcé d’oignon et sont employées toute l’année comme condiment dans les salades, omelettes et sauces… Elle préfère les situations ensoleillées ainsi que les sols riches et bien drainés. On peut aussi l’avoir en pot sur son balcon ou à sa fenêtre.
