This is some sort of mild mustard hybrid from Japan. The wonderful people at Round Right Farms recommended them to me when I asked them what I could grow that would last through the hot weather. So far, so good! It’s great fresh off the plant or in salads, and excellent in a stir-fry or lightly steamed.
