I have a passion for Japanese Acers – my favourite is Palmatum Atropurpureum Dissectum. It grows against a west facing garage wall beneath a large Euphorbia.I have about five altogether, my latest addition is the japanicum ‘Aureum’ which is the pale yellow leafed one in the pot.
