Try for a seed spacing of at approx. 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.12 inches (0.3 cm) if planning to sow direct.
Basil 'Bush' normally grows to a mature height of 45.0 cm (that's 1.46 feet imperial) so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.
Remember to water moderately.
Basil 'Bush' ideally needs a soil ph of 6.0 to 7.5 (acidic to alkaline soil), so check your soil acidity regularily.
Basil problems include Black Spot, so keep a close eye out for any developing symptoms.
