tommyryan's Spearmint Care Instructions
Try for a seed spacing of at approx. 11.7 inches (30.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.23 inches (0.6 cm) if planning to sow direct.
Spearmint normally grows to a mature height of 45.0 cm (that's 1.46 feet imperial) so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.
Your garden is in partial sun light: Spearmint enjoys a dappled sun position, so make adjustments where necessary.
Remember to water moderately.
Your garden's USDA Hardiness Zone (7b) is within the ideal range for Spearmint. The recommended range is between Zone 4 and 10.
Ensure your soil has a ph of between 6.5 and 7.0 as Spearmint is a acidic to neutral soil loving plant.
More information about Spearmint is available in the Folia gardener's wiki. All Spearmint Care Instructions have been kindly provided by our members.
