Katxena's Swizzle x 1

Shortly after I met my husband, he purchased a succulent that he named Swizzle. When hubby and I moved in together, Swizzle came too. He lived with us for about 4 years, until his untimely death in the back seat of the car. We were moving and left him sitting in the sun too long, and he got cooked.

This is Swizzle II, but like the Simpsons, we drop the suffix. We’ve had this Swizzle for about 4 years. Swizzle is a euphorbia resinifera, or a “resin spurge.” The botanical drawing shows the plant in flower, although ours has never bloomed.
