These Blood Lillies were relocated from another part of my Yard. We only discovered them when a whole mob of red flowers popped up out of the ground.I find they can easily grow up to 2 inches out of the ground overnight. We re-located them to a bare area by one of our larger Quandong patches. The soil has over the years been mulched and manured, and the lillies seem to thrive. Last year the leaves (which come after the flower has died off) were huge, up to 18 inches long. When they were dying off at the end of the cycle, I gave them a sprinkle of blood and bone. They don’t get a lot of watering, other than what comes from “heaven”
