Okies…will you eat these fresh or can them like jarred jalapeños in the store?

Tonight we used them fresh in homemade salsa. We usually put them in recipes fresh or, when there are a lot, make jalapeno jelly.

Hubby has just started to eat jalapeños consistently. I didn’t get any planted this year but, plan to next year…not sure if he will be able to take the heat of them fresh. But, I have canning supplies handy and don’t mind doing that.
I made jalapeño jelly a couple of years ago…hubby and dad both LOVED it!
