I was so taken with the colour of this rose that I just couldn’t resist it for this border. Catalogue describes it as burnt orange/copper. It is on the north side of a privet hedge about 4 feet away – hope this is enough that it isn’t drained of water/nutrients by the hedge – but gets sun from east and west as it moves around.
