Erect evergreen bushy dark shiny leaves with reddish new growth. Pink flowers and purple-black berries. 3-15 feet tall. Blooms in spring. Delicious berries persist into late Fall. Sun to partial shade. Dry to moist. This plant is about a foot tall.
