I’m so excited to be doing potatoes again this year. I tossed a funky ’tater from a bag that was going bad in late winter in the closet to sprout and I planted it along with my “seed” potatoes I got from my potato last year.
As you can see—my “seed” potatoes are taking off like wildfire leaving the funky ’tater in the dust.
