Plant: Irish Moss (Sagina subulata) | 0 | Happy

Wanted something pretty that wouldn’t mind being wet and shaded below the birdbath. Planted this and Scottish moss, knowing that they were classified as annuals in this climate. Even after a pretty hard winter, I was surprised to see both coming back this spring (2008). I doubled the planting this year so that it covers more area surrounding the birdbath.
