doubledug's German Butterball x 1
I planted these with the Butte variety. I purchased 2 lbs.
From the company website description:
To say that this potato is excellent, might be considered by some, an insult. After just one bite of this mouth watering creamy yellow flesh potato you’ll know why it won first place in Rodale’ Organic Gardening “Taste Off”. Introduced by David Ronniger in 1988 from a handful of potatoes which he then increased. It’s so good, you don’t need the butter.
