My wife has started doing quite a bit with the slow cooker, and the recipes often include bay leaves. It also sounds like a nice tree to have, so i thought i’d give one a go. They sound pretty slow growing, and intially at least i’ll keep it in a pot. Not sure if i’ll try my hand at topiary, or just let it do it’s own thing
