I’m hoping to do 6 sets of these 12 plantings (3×4), though this first week I had an extra column so I’ve got 16 instead (4×4). In the planter I’ve allocated a 3×8 section to plant per week, with half purple and half white onions in each planting. My goals for using these little guys are eating, pickling, and making salsa. I also just noticed that the purple onions mature a week faster than the white ones so that kind of messes up my plan but I’m just going to go with it.
