We planted two of these in late May of 2007. Looking back at the photos, they looked pretty thin at the time of planting. One has filled out quite nicely and even has a couple of shoots reaching about 7’ tall. Unfortunately, the dogs ate quite a bit of the second plant. It is still thriving but is a dwarfed height. I am not sure if those canes will grow tall since they were chewed from the top down.
