Set up a new container with dwarf beans given to me by dad. Not sure if container is deep enough, but we’ll see. Planted four, watered, mulched and added slow release fertiliser.

I’m tempted to say we’re not winter-free . . . at the moment we’re mid summer, where temperatures are at least 25C each day and we’ve had days that were 39C. But come July/August it will be cooler and will feel like winter to us. But I do realise it’s nothing compared to other countries!
