Yellow Onion sprouted in the pantry! Yay! It’s just hanging out until we get the veggie garden boxes built and filled with soil… which we start working on tomorrow (April 6th).
If anyone knows what variety it is, I’d be grateful to hear and record its name! Also, should we plant more of them…? Do they need to cross-pollinate…?

If sowing directly, aim to sow 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) deep and try to ensure a gap of at least 1.95 inches (5.0 cm).
