Sweet Banana Peppers Why are these Banana Peppers growing so slowly?
After a month and a half, these about an inch and a half tall. Admittidly, I started these from seed, but they should be bigger by now.
They are in good top soil (purchased from the local landscape supply a couple of months ago.) They get lots of full sunlight too. The beefsteak tomatoes transplanted into the same bed are about 2-3 feet tall. This question is about Marko's Sweet Banana Peppers planting in the Front Yard Vegetable garden garden

Sweet Banana Peppers Showing True Leaves: Frustratingly slow
I can see that there has been a little progress in the past two weeks, but this still seems to slow if I am going to get some peppers by September. These things seem to want to stay forever in the seedling stage. At least on plant is showing true leaves (2nd pic).

Sweet Banana Peppers Sprouting: Not exactly speedy
It’s been over a week (possibly two) since they sprouted and they are still in the seedling stage. Perhaps thats normal, plant growth always has a way of sneaking up on you.
I would say they are about and inch and a half tall now.
