I love these. They are very early and such a pretty shade of purple with those very distinct markings. They are only about 5 inches tall. I think the cluster is definitely larger than last year.

Helianthus annuum - Sunflower - 'Teddy Bear' Blooming and Corner garden

I can see why they call them ‘Teddy Bear.’ They are only about 6 inches tall and are supposed to be dwarf, though I think they should be a bit taller than that, probably stunted by the flooding. The flower is very puffy with lots of petals.
