  <description>It could have been dying down, but I have noticed new small leaves forming near the base of the stems.

I cut it back hard a couple of weeks ago, to see if it would recover. Although it still does not look very attractive, at least I still have the plant. 

I'll wait until there are a few more bigger leaves then I may renew the potting mix in the hanging basket to see if that gives it a new lease of life.</description>
