Planted 150 onion sets today, around the cabbage and broccoli. 75 each of Senshu and First Early. Cut down the Trail of Tears beans to let them dry inside so I can shell the beans for cooking.
Have decided to rearrange the garden a little this winter, moving the runner beans to the side bed and putting the summer raspberries into the bean bed. The raspberries have been in pots for 12months now but couldn’t be planted where I had originally intended as the fence still needs replacing. This change will give Nigel and Matt time to sort the fence and ensure I have a crop of raspberries next year.
