It has been very hot all of a sudden. Today it reached about 85F! It’s jumped from 60F to 85F in 2 days. Here are some things that I’ve noted in the garden yesterday:

Backyard:
Lettuce is bolting in the raised beds
About 3-4 zucchini are developing
bright pink poppies are opening by the zucchini; they look like a frizzy head of pink hair
beans are flowering
tomatoes are flowering again; still 1 tomato forming
harvested a few garlics and 1 onion (from worm bin bed)
satina potatoes flowering
moved comfrey and strawberry next to beds b/c comfrey has aphids and I don’t want strawberry to get them too; i figured here would offer more sun so they might be healthier, and they’d be closer to more beneficials
cilantro is blooming

+Forsythia":
roses blooming
rose campion blooming
pink yarrow is budding
honeysuckle has been blooming

+Greenhouse":
things have been moving around so now I have these in the greenhouse: wormwood (4), marjoram (1), monarda (1), rosemary (1), sage (1) and tomatoes (4); am hardening off sage and tomatoes to go out into garden

+Containers":
mint is coming back after I cut it down (it had aphids)
yarrow is budding

+Garage":
everything except clary sage has germinated; a few things have some true leaves
got shelving unit up and 1 row of 2 grow lights
