Before the rainstorm we had tonight, I ran out and tied the tomatoes to their stakes. Good thing I did, or they would have been snapped off at ground level.
I also pinched off the largest leaves from all the basil. It has really taken off since I planted it out.
I’m going to have way more basil than I could ever use, so I’m going to give these leaves to my coworker. I overheard her saying she wanted a basil plant when she saw the one I gave to Eukonidor. But I didn’t have any more to give away! So I’m sure she’ll be glad to take my cuttings!
I also noticed that the peppers are budding now along with the tomatoes! This makes me so excited. I grew them from seed! They’re my babies!
