Another nice big salad. I was planning on cutting the spinach plants back this weekend but I think i’d have a change of heart. I think after listening to episode #425 of The Survival Podcast yesterday talking about succession planting that I’m going to just add the bush bean seeds while the spinach is still in there and cut the spinach back when it starts to peter out or the beans really need the space.
