Some tasty pea shoots with a few radish thinnings. Stirred it into some pasta with tuna – very tasty.
You can see post harvest in the second pic. I harvested from the right hand side – still lots left and they should re-grow soon.
All from incredibly cheap “mushy-pea” dried peas (pic 3).
Also more salad leaves beginning to sprout as well as the two types of pea I sowed directly into the border.
