Currently making leek and potato soup having pulled the last of the leeks this morning.
The leeks this year were a little scrawny, but I think it was becasue I wasn’t able to keep the water up to them. It was a long hot summer.
Looking forward to preparing the bed for some winter vegetables and flowers.
