Then scanning down their journaling I found reference to a tree I had never heard of (odd, in my tree obsessed family). No wiki page here for it that I could find, but I googled the plant name :- Wampi Tree (alt. sp? Wampee Tree) and got Clausena lansium. It's an asian fruit tree and comes from Thailand.
