I have been trying all year to come up with some sort of schedule for planting, and nothing that I did worked very well.

A couple of nights ago, I was laying in bed thinking (because my brain runs @ 100 miles an hour for about 45 minutes into bedtime), and I thought "Google calenders reminds you that you have appointments/b days etc. coming up. Why not use it for planting schedule?" As busy as I am here between the kids, the house, gardening, and folia, I don't have time, (or the memory for that matter) to deal with planting schedules, and trying to remember where I put it.

So my plan for the coming year is to decide what to plant out as winter sown, and what to start indoors, and when to do the planting, and enter all of the data into the Google calender, set it to yearly reminder, and that way I will never have to enter the data again!! I will of course have somethings pop up the following year that I am not planting, but I can delete those as they pop up!! I think this is the coolest idea ever, and I can't wait to try it out and see if it works for this absent minded, busy lady!! :)
