1 2009-11-03T17:21:31+11:00 false 10.11pm In between all the things that have to be done if one is going away, I did the last of the garden jobs - wrapped the potted juniper's pot with several layers of bubble wrap and hessian on top to make it look more attractive; brushed most of the earth off the planters and took them down to the basement; cut the leaves off the Agapanthus and put it down in the basement; put a plank over the dripline on the Bay box and a vertical sloping plank inside the trestle guarding the Winnipeg Parks rose, in the hope that it will give it a bit more protection; and generally put things littering up the porch away. I am sure that if I really looked around there are still things to be done but...
