1 2009-10-27T04:47:40Z false just finished up a major rearrangement of our small-ish living room with Kanna (who was driven to madness by the previous format), including my indoor garden. replaced the door on sawhorses with a shelf eight feet long in front of the window and moved the couch in front of that. found a small table to put the heat mat on for seedlings next to the couch. next to that: the worms, cozy in the corner. hung up a light above the worms that my dad's had since he lived alone (it's pleasantly ridiculous). <br> the room is a much more pleasant space, now. maximized the space for plants directly in front of the window. sitting on the couch will put one in prime position to cuddle plants. even managed to hide a whole bunch of cords for lamps and radios and heat mats. much better all around.
