I think my "mild kingdom" mustards are sprouting, but it's a bit confusing. They don't look like brassica sprouts, they look like baby chard leaves popping out of the ground. But the seeds were definitely mustard seeds. Weird.

Muzuna and ruby streaks mustard are also sprouting.

*Edited to add:* I think they are baby chard leaves. When I removed the chard and beet greens that were in this space before, I cut them off at the surface of the soil with pruners. I like to leave the roots in the ground to rot. Then I added worm compost, which covered whatever stubs of the stems were left. I'm pretty sure that what's coming up now is coming from those stubs -- perhaps I left a few crowns in place, I don't know. But that makes way more sense than mustards that look like chards! I've removed the sprouting milestone from the mild kingdom mustards.
